DISCLAIMER: Sometime components are sourced from the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, which means the casings are required to show to be annealed to meet military specification. The military requires visual proof of the annealing process, causing discoloration of the rounds, while also providing added durability.  Other times they are not from military components, and they are the shiny brass, many people like. These cases are brand new.
